30 Days of Green Smoothies

Pretty self explanatory. You will get a link to download the free eBook with 30 Green Smoothie recipes and weekly shopping list for TWO adults (or 1 adult & 2 kids) consuming one smoothie a day. The recipes will start out sweet and gradually get more “green” as we go through the month. I spent $30 (at aldi) on enough supplies for at least the first week and definitely two weeks of frozen fruit. (Bananas aside. We go through WAY too many bananas in this house.)

Why should you even consider this challenge? Because it’s fairly cheap. A smoothie would be a great simple breakfast It’s super easy to incorporate into your routine. And it will absolutely help you increase the amount of fruit and veggies in your diet. It may even make you CRAVE veggies. Seriously . Probably help you lose a few pounds and recover from the holidays. And may even motivate you to EXERCISE. Honestly, you will be amazed by how much better you will feel by adding a few extra servings of rabbit food to your diet. And it’s a SMOOTHIE. Who doesn’t love smoothies?
